  1. I really love your website, would love to chat and ask a few questions. I have a big kayak, pro Angler and would love to do many of the spots you talk about but, I lack the navigation knowledge of tides and currents and did I mention navigation?. Would love to get a few pointers or someone to point me to the right direction where i could take a class about it…

  2. Hi Armando, thanks for your comment & questions.. (I’m really gonna have to update the links section and make it more useful)! Well tides you can get from sites like this one: http://tbone.biol.sc.edu/tide/
Navigation is an art and a science, so you’ll always be learning. The South Florida Kayaking meetup http://www.meetup.com/kayaking-130/ just had a navigation class last month & you can also try the Miami Kayak Club meetup, they have classes from time to time along with http://www.meetup.com/All-American-Kayak/ .. these groups are excellent resources to learn and get you out paddling!
Also this coming weekend there’s the Paradise Coast Paddlers Festival out near Marco Island http://www.meetup.com/kayaking-130/events/108813142/ you might wanna check out!
    Take care,
