Kayaking the 2014 Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Holiday Boat Parade

It’s that time of the Season in South Florida – the time for the 2014 Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Holiday Boat Parade!

This year, “Kayak Ted” and “Kayak Whitney” of the South Florida Kayaking meetup group organized a paddle of the Winterfest parade. This is THE boat parade to see and it’s always a real treat to be a part of it!

Coming in a week after the 2014 Boca Raton Holiday Boat Parade, I made some additions and improvements to my Alien theme. I am glad to report that although undocumented, my Aliens were well received. Best of all, judging by all the waves and smiles, even by the various law enforcement boats out on this night! 😉

It was a great time to be had by all, and our kayak flotilla was at the head of the parade with thousands cheering us on!!
